Non-Surgical

Lunchtime Seoul, visible by Jakarta.

Most Korean clinics over-bundle. We do the opposite: a sequenced, evidence-based menu of Shurink Universe, Ultherapy, picosecond lasers, and properly conservative injectables — so you arrive at a result, not a list of receipts.

Editorial still life of polished medical-aesthetic instruments on warm travertine — Miroa non-surgical
Who it's for
  • Patients with 4–7 days in Seoul wanting maximum visible improvement
  • Pre-surgical patients optimising skin before a future procedure
  • Patients frustrated by results from non-Korean Shurink or Ultherapy
  • Anyone wanting honest 'what to do, what to skip' guidance
The Korean technique advantage

Korean clinics receive new device generations (Shurink Universe, latest Ultherapy probes, Inmode platforms) months ahead of most markets, and the technicians delivering them perform thousands of treatments per year. The same machine produces a noticeably different result in expert hands.

Ibu N., 41 · Bali

Concern

Sun damage, early jowl descent, and uneven tone from years of beachside life. Wanted nothing surgical, with no downtime visible to her social circle.

Outcome

A 5-day sequenced programme: PicoWay tone correction, Shurink Universe full face, conservative botulinum, exosome layering. Maintenance every 8 weeks in Bali. Friends asked what holiday she had taken.

Common questions

Shurink vs Ultherapy — which should I do?

They target different layers and ages. Shurink is generally better for first-timers and patients under 45; Ultherapy goes deeper for SMAS lift in mid-life patients. Often we sequence both, six weeks apart.

Can I do this in 3 days?

Yes for a focused single-modality visit. For sequenced multi-device programmes we recommend 5–7 days for proper spacing.

Are Korean botulinum brands safe?

Korean-manufactured neurotoxins (Nabota, Botulax, Coretox) are KFDA-cleared and widely used. We default to Allergan Botox for VVIPs unless specifically requested otherwise.

How long do non-surgical results last?

Shurink Universe and Ultherapy effects compound for 12 weeks and last 12–18 months. Picosecond laser tone correction lasts 12–24 months with maintenance. Botulinum 3–4 months. We schedule Indonesian partner-clinic touch-ups to maintain the result.

Is there any visible downtime?

Almost none. Mild redness for a few hours after Shurink or laser; pinprick marks fade within a day after injectables. Most patients are dinner-ready the same evening.
